Your name, e-mail, phone, booking time and note, to confirm the booking and provide the service (contract). The same applies to the member account and discount.

Payment and invoice data for accounting (legal obligation). You enter your card details directly in the ThePay gateway; we never see or store them.

Appointment reminders and a review request after your visit (legitimate interest); the newsletter only with your consent.

Information about your skin and health only with your explicit consent and only as needed for a safe treatment.

The payment gateway operator ThePay, a.s., company ID 28135261, Masarykovo náměstí 102/65, 586 01 Jihlava (online payments), our IT, hosting and e-mail providers and our accountant. The data is processed in the EU/EEA and never sold.

For the life of your account, otherwise 3 years after your last booking. Accounting records 10 years. Skin notes 3 years after your last visit. Newsletter until you withdraw consent.

Necessary cookies (sign-in, booking progress, your cookie choice) are always used. Others only with your consent, which you can change or withdraw at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Ltd.) show us how the site is used so we can improve it. Marketing cookies (Google Ads, Google Ireland Ltd.; Meta Pixel, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) measure whether an ad led to a booking or sign-up. These providers may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Without consent none of these tools is loaded.
