Booking
How do I book a treatment?
Online in the booking calendar in three steps: choose a treatment, pick a time and fill in your details. Your booking is confirmed instantly and you receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your treatment, via the link in your confirmation e-mail or in your account. For later changes please send us an e-mail.
What if I am running late?
Please let us know. Every treatment has time reserved just for you, so a significant delay may mean a shorter treatment so the next client does not have to wait.
Membership & payment
How do I get the 7% discount?
Simply create an account, either in step 3 of the booking or on the My account page. The discount applies to every atelier treatment immediately. It does not apply to product sales. To celebrate the opening, registered clients get 15% instead of 7% off treatments done by 31 October 2026.
How can I pay?
By card online when booking, or on site at the atelier by card or cash.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we prepare gift vouchers for a treatment or any amount at the atelier. Write to us or drop by.
Treatments
How should I prepare for my first visit?
Ideally come without make-up and a few minutes early. Every treatment starts with a skin diagnosis where we discuss your needs and any sensitivities.
Why Medik8?
Medik8 combines laboratory-precise actives, namely retinoids, peptides and stabilised vitamin C, with respect for the skin. We work with professional protocols that we complement with manual massage and ceramics.
Are treatments suitable during pregnancy?
Some are, but treatments with retinoids are not. Each treatment page lists who it is not suitable for. Please let us know in the booking note.

Where can I park?
You can park right by the atelier. The parking spots are marked on the map on the Contact page.
Can I buy your ceramics or skincare?
Yes, our hand-thrown ceramics and Medik8 home care are available at the atelier. We are happy to recommend the right care for your skin.
